Energy Enhancement System Protocols

Before

  • Drink plenty of water starting 24 hours prior to your session to enhance your body’s capacity to heal.

  • Have a light snack before your session but not a heavy meal.

  • Dress comfortably in layered clothing and please wear shoes that are quiet when walking.

  • Due to member sensitivities, please don’t use heavy perfumes or strong scents.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork (if needed) and instructions.

  • Arrive with an open mind and positive energy.

  • WHC is a quiet center, so please place your cell phone in airplane mode or leave it in the car.

  • Be ready for a nap! Most members feel so relaxed in the Energy Spa they fall asleep. Blankets are provided, but feel free to bring your own blanket and/or pillow.

During

  • Set your intention and focus on what you want to receive. Thank your body for all that it does. If you like to meditate, this is the perfect time to relax and go within!

  • We recommend you sit or lay quietly with your eyes closed and not reading or scrolling on your cell phone during your session for more benefit. We retain more energy with our eyes closed and most members fall asleep while in the room. Taking a nap is ideal since our body heals better when asleep.

  • The Energy Spa room is a “No talking zone” to be respectful to others in the room that may be sleeping.

  • Relaxing music will be playing during your session, or you can bring a device with earbuds to listen to your own music. If you prefer silence, you can use earplugs or bring your own noise cancelling headphones.

  • The Energy Spa room is a darkened, quiet and climate-controlled space that promotes relaxation and comfort.

  • The EE System screens are mounted on corner racks creating a bio-scalar energy field which is enhanced by the energy of others in the room. Please do not touch the screens or racks since the units are precisely calibrated and the slightest touch will move/throw off the frequency which will require recalibration and additional costs for the center.

After

  • Each EE System experience is unique and our bodies determine what is needed from the session. Some members experience results within the first hour while others see results from longer sessions.

  • Most feel very calm and relaxed after a session, but occasionally mild detoxification symptoms such as headaches, mental fatigue and muscle aches can occur. Symptoms are temporary and have shown to decrease with additional sessions.

  • Since the EE System assists with detoxification of the body, it is strongly encouraged that you take a sea salt (not Epsom salt) bath within 24 hours after your session. If you are not able to take a bath, please take a foot bath with sea salt instead.

  • Complimentary small bags of a sea salt blend are provided to each member at the first visit. The small bags can be refilled at the next visit or larger bags of sea salt blend can be purchased from WHC.

  • Hydrate! Keep drinking water to remove toxins from the body.
