Healing with Ho’oponopono Workshop
Ho’oponopono is an ancient healing method of Hawaiian culture. This practice focuses on releasing emotional burdens, resolving inner conflicts, and restoring balance in relationships. Susan Kraft will lead you through guided meditations and reflective exercises, combining the healing energy of the EES with the transformative power of Ho'oponopono to foster emotional release and renewal.

One Heart Collective Event
A global education and meditation live-streamed in the EES room! The guest speaker will be Ashley L. Russo, Founder of The Health Rescue, Lifestyle Medicine For Your Home! The theme of this event is Sacred Nourishment, Aligning Food Energy & The Divine Within.
Ashley builds a beautiful bridge between the 5D & 3D, harnessing the sacred energy found in food as the muse. Ashley has a new (also ancient) approach to eating. She uses spiritual sciences to inspire the audience to build a stronger connection to the energy found in food.

Women's Circle
Women have come together to share stories, wisdom, support and encouragement in Circle for thousands of years, before slowly our way was lost, eroded, hidden. Circles are regaining in popularity throughout the planet and we are happy to offer one here at Willowdale Holistic Center!
These powerful gatherings create a sacred space for women to come together — free of competition and judgement — and provide the space to be authentic, supported by community, and be immersed in sacred rituals and ceremonies all under the magic of the EE System.
Come explore the gifts of intuition and sisterhood and nourish your soul. No previous experience, religious or spiritual practice is required.
What to expect: Each circle begins with a meditation to create the container for a safe and sacred space. Each month will have a theme connected with the season or another relevant topic. There will be a reading or two for contemplation. A talking stick will be used during the circle. It’s an ancient and powerful tool that encourages women to find their voice, speak their truth and uncover deeply rooted feelings and points of view. As the talking stick is passed around the circle, each woman is encouraged to speak what has risen to the surface. Each woman is her own authority and if she chooses not to share, she will be honored.
Over time, each woman will listen to the space between the words, soften to compassion, and another layer of protection falls away. This opens the passageway for all at the Circle to be more authentic with self and others and take this empowerment home to family, friends, co-workers.
Each Circle ends with a blessing and a hug.
Suggested energetic offering: $25-$50 which will be donated to Willowdale’s Angel Fund

Group Reiki
Devon uses aromatherapy and a Tibetan sound bowl as she leads a guided mediation while providing Holy Fire Reiki to each group member as they relax in the energy of the EESystem. Attendees are also provided with a small gift and the sessions end with the drawing of Oracle cards for guidance.

Guided Meditation is a way to assist you with your meditation practice by providing you with breathwork and visualizations to take you deeper into a meditative state.
Sound Bath is a modality that uses crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, bells and more to provide sound healing through the soothing sounds and vibrations.
