Women have come together to share stories, wisdom, support and encouragement in Circle for thousands of years, before slowly our way was lost, eroded, hidden. Circles are regaining in popularity throughout the planet and we are happy to offer one here at Willowdale Holistic Center!

These powerful gatherings create a sacred space for women to come together — free of competition and judgement — and provide the space to be authentic, supported by community, and be immersed in sacred rituals and ceremonies all under the magic of the EE System.

Come explore the gifts of intuition and sisterhood and nourish your soul. No previous experience, religious or spiritual practice is required.

What to expect: Each circle begins with a meditation to create the container for a safe and sacred space. Each month will have a theme connected with the season or another relevant topic. There will be a reading or two for contemplation. A talking stick will be used during the circle. It’s an ancient and powerful tool that encourages women to find their voice, speak their truth and uncover deeply rooted feelings and points of view. As the talking stick is passed around the circle, each woman is encouraged to speak what has risen to the surface. Each woman is her own authority and if she chooses not to share, she will be honored.

Over time, each woman will listen to the space between the words, soften to compassion, and another layer of protection falls away. This opens the passageway for all at the Circle to be more authentic with self and others and take this empowerment home to family, friends, co-workers.

Each Circle ends with a blessing and a hug.
