Reiki Level I Attunement with Holly DuBois in the EES room!

Holly is a Usui Reiki Master in the lineage of Mikao Usui and a certified Holy Fire III and Karuna Reiki Master trained through William Lee Rand and the International Center for Reiki Training. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and Aromatherapy Practitioner specializing in nervous system-centered healing.

With advanced training in both traditional and modern Reiki systems, Holly brings depth, integrity, and steady presence to her work. She integrates energy medicine with therapeutic touch, mindful movement, breathwork, and intentional aromatherapy to support profound yet grounded transformation.

Holly believes true healing is not about striving - it is about creating the conditions where the body can rejuvenate, the heart can open, and the spirit can realign. Her approach is trauma-aware, intuitive, and rooted in respect for each client’s unique path.

As a teacher and practitioner, she leads with both compassion and clarity - empowering clients and students to trust their inner wisdom while providing the structure and safety needed for deep healing. Her work is a balanced blend of mastery and heart: steady, nurturing, and quietly powerful.

Reiki I attunement is not something being “given” to you - it is something being awakened within you.
